Meet the Team

  • Robert Graham

    Robert began his career in property in 1990 with a niche West End commercial property consultants. In 2003 together with Paul Goodsir we launched Goodsir Graham growing the firm into one of London’s most respected commercial property consultancy firms. 23 years after starting in the business Robert saw an opportunity to launch a commercial agency that will allow him to continue with his core belief of providing un-rivalled service and to never waiver from the pursuit of driving deals through from inception to completion.

  • Michael Perlin

    Michael specialises in Landlord and Tenant matters, which is an area that he has been involved with for in excess of forty years.

    Previously a Director of a publicly quoted property company, but subsequently set up on his own practice approximately thirteen years ago. He acts as a Consultant Rent Review Surveyor, dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals. With his un-rivalled experience and in depth expert knowledge in the market, you can be sure that Michael is the best person to have on side whether you are the landlord or the tenant.

    He is also an appointed Arbitrator and Independent Expert by The Dispute Resolution Service of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and consequently has a detailed understanding of the arguments utilised in such disputes.

  • Philip Scott

    Philip Scott is qualified as both a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Independent Expert offering in excess of 25 years experience in the retail and commercial property market throughout all parts of the UK.

    His experience includes having worked in-house for the multiple-retailer Sears Plc and SGP Property Consultants for in excess of 18 years during which time his role as property manager covered both trading and investment portfolios.

    Following this he moved to Johnson Fellows in Birmingham where, as a partner, he established the investment and asset management department which involved advising both landlords and tenants on all property matters.
